Livegoal is priced per active customer account, not per seat or per customer user. Everyone at your customer and every CSM on an account can use the portal, and each plan includes a set number of vendor staff seats.
What counts as an active account
An active account is a client account that is not archived and is either still onboarding or went live within the last 30 days. Once an account has been live for more than 30 days it stops counting toward your plan.

How does cancellation work?
You cancel from your vendor settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then. Until that date you can change your mind and keep your plan.

Starter has self-serve signup. Growth and Enterprise are sales-assisted: you ask for a demo, we talk through your onboarding volume and team, and we set the plan up with you. Enterprise pricing is custom.
