How livegoal works
A vendor creates a client account in livegoal. A journey template then instantiates the phases, tasks, owners and due dates for that account, so every client starts from the same plan.
The client works in the vendor-branded portal, or opens a tokenized link to check status and complete tasks without creating an account.
On plans that include it, the AI assistant answers the client's questions with awareness of their current phase and plan.

How does the AI assistant work?
Clients get a chat interface inside their portal that is grounded in their account's current phase and plan, so answers are about their onboarding rather than generic help content. Vendor staff get Compass, which can look up an account by name and reason across their whole portfolio. Both are available on Growth and Enterprise; Starter does not include either.
Where does my data go?
Livegoal does not sell personal data and does not use it for advertising. When someone uses the AI features, their message and the context needed to answer it are sent to Anthropic, which does not use it to train its models; livegoal does not use your data to train any model. The privacy policy lists every sub-processor and explains retention and deletion.
