Onboarding portal
An onboarding portal is a dedicated, shared interface where a software vendor and their new customer follow the same onboarding plan — phases, tasks, owners, due dates, and status — instead of coordinating over email and spreadsheets. Both sides log in (or open a link) and see one source of truth.
Portals usually carry the vendor's branding so the customer experiences it as the vendor's own tool, and they scope customer-side access tightly: see status and complete assigned tasks, nothing more.

The livegoal portal is white-labeled on every plan, including the entry tier — the customer never sees the word “livegoal”.
